26. Increase Customer Value

Learning to increase customer value and maximize what each customer can bring to the table is what we discuss in this episode. How can we take a normal one time customer and get multiple project with them? Whether that be through referrals or planning phase 2 of their project, there are many ways for clients to bring more value then one and done to the table.
